Required Skills / Experience: Must have pediatric and adult experience
Must have some experience with all ages as the outpatient setting works with both adults and pediatrics
Required Credentials: NPI #
Special Requests: 13 weeks but open to longer if works for the candidate
Shift & Scheduling: Shift is as follows: Mondays in inpatient and outpatient at Gold Beach location, and Tuesday-Thursday in outpatient in Brookings.
Floating Requirement: Split between Gold Beach Location and Brookings Location
