OR RNs only: Application must include either an OR - Circulating or an OR - Scrub skills checklist, in addition to the OR - RN checklist.
Required Skills/Experience: Titratable gtts: Cardene, Cardizem, Insulin, Heparin, Neo, Levophed – request manager approval to offer without this experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: Chest tube management, traches, Peritoneal Dialysis, ISTAT, CSF (lumbar) drains
Required Credentials: Traveler will be required to PASS an EKG competency exam as part of compliance, prior to arrival (includes MedSurg RN)
Shift & Scheduling: -5/2 working wed/thur -Weekend rotation: every other -Will work 4 days one week and 3 days the next week – this is mandatory -Holiday Expectations: will work 2/3 holidays
Floating Requirements: Stepdown and MedSurg with ratios of 1:5-6
