Required Skills/Experience:
Ability to implement EP pacing maneuvers and understanding is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Cardiac implant or structural heart scrub experience is preferred but not required.
Bloom stimulator experience is preferred but not required.

Special Requests:
Parking is not provided; this will be an out-of-pocket expense. Parking pass options are $6.00 for 1 day (parking garage), $37.00 by the month, or $111.00 per 13-week contract. Credit card payments only.
Travel pairs requiring the same schedule are not accepted.

Unit Details:
The monitor assists the electrophysiologist during EP studies, ablations, and cardiac implants.
The lab uses GE MacLab and CardioLab systems for EP pacing and measurements.
The lab uses a Bloom stimulator.
The lab uses multiple vendor mapping systems, including Biosense Webster Carto, Abbott EnSite X, Boston Scientific Opal, and Medtronic Affera.
Typical procedures include PFA, RF, and cryoablations for atrial fibrillation/flutter, atrial tachycardia, AVNRT, WPW, and other ANRT ablations.
Device procedures include traditional single-, dual-, CSP-, and BiV pacemakers; ICDs; subcutaneous ICDs; leadless pacemakers; loop recorders; and LAAC procedures with Watchman and Amulet devices.
HRE procedures include laser and low-risk cases.
Communicates with physicians and in-room staff to ensure equipment and supplies are available.
Assists with room turnover and on-time starts for timely patient care.
Coordinates with the charge nurse and third-party vendors to ensure all team members are available for scheduled procedures.

Shift & Scheduling:
No straight day shifts; shifts are primarily days with some late-night/evening shifts.
On-call/call coverage is per unit needs.
Shift options include 4x10 or 3x12-hour shifts.
