Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in L&D High Risk.
- Must have prior OB experience.
Unit Details:
- Provides L&D, OB, and newborn care for a high-risk patient population.
- Ratios: 1:3 on Labor and Delivery, 1:3 antepartum, 1:6 mother/baby couplet.
- Uses Epic, Pyxis, Alaris pumps, epidural pumps, and PAS lower extremity pumps.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend Fri/Sat.
- Call rotation required.
- 4 hour mandation block if needed.
- Mandatory overtime: During the assignment, the clinician is considered part of the unit and will be included in the rotation pool of staff required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure unit coverage.
