Travel Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license.

Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Required Skills/Experience: Vascular experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Preferred specialty experience in ortho, robot, and plastics. Scrub experience a plus, but not required.

Required Credentials: Ascension Core Competencies required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details: Mix of outpatient and inpatient cases. Primarily general, GYN, plastics, ortho, and bariatric cases. Cares for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

Shift & Scheduling: All jobs with a 12-hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week. 4 call shifts per 6 weeks: 2 weekdays and 2 independent weekend days/nights.
