Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Inpatient acute rehab experience and familiarity with FIM and CARE Tool measures. Med/Surg nursing experience.
Special Requests: Block schedule available per request.
Unit Details: PCT support when census is 8 or above; no secretary on the unit. Uses Sara Steady lift, Hoyer lift, and Alaris pumps. Procedures performed on unit include wound care, line insertion, and blood and antibiotic administration. All private rooms; rooms are set up as rehab suites.
Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend.
Floating Requirements: Contract and PRN staff will float first to like unit.
