2-4 years of RN CM experience in an acute care facility required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
HCA experience preferred.
Unit Details:
The care team uses an RN/SW/CMA triad model.
The utilization review team is offsite; InterQual is required for initial and CSR (discharge assessments).
Work involves fast-paced, high-acuity units.
Uses Midas, Nate, Outlook, and Imobile.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend rotation.
