Travel Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years emergency nursing experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-volume Emergency Department preferred.

Required Credentials: -Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. -Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Special Requests:

• Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
• In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.

Unit Details:

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and triage according to department protocols.
• Initiates and manages emergency nursing interventions for critically ill and injured patients.
• Assists with emergency procedures, trauma resuscitations, and cardiac emergencies.
• Serves patients across all age groups in a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
