Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: 3 years prior community hospice experience

Hospice / End of Life Complex symptom management and education

Medication management and administration (IV, Subcutaneous, oral, sublingual, rectal, and other routes)

EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and non negotiable.

Unit / Facility Details: Disclaimer - Public transportation is not available in this area. Please ensure you have a reliable transportation; personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November - April.

Special Requests: Duration: 13-16 Weeks

Required to have proof of vehicle insurance

Shift & Scheduling: Call coverage is rarely needed but could cover on-call team.

Weekends - As Required

Monday - Sunday

Holiday Requirement: If Needed

Floating Requirement: Between Home Hospice and MMRH

Details:

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
