Required Skills/Experience:
- Five years professional experience with two years of management experience.
- Hospital experience. Need outpatient and can work inpatient if needed.
- ER experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Two years of clinical pharmacy experience.
Required Credentials: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy AND/OR Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
Unit and facility details:
- Inpatient/ER pharmacist.
- The facility has a tardy policy: If clinicians are more than 15 minutes late, the facility has the option to no longer use their services.
Special Requests: No RTO or special requests.
Shift & Scheduling: Needs to be flexible to days and hours.
