Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Preferred 1 year of hospital pharmacy practice experience (full time). If less than full time, will consider with additional years of experience and discussion of skills built during hospital tenure(s)
- Preferred experience with more than one electronic medical record and pharmacy information system.
- Preferred experience with hospital pharmacy automated dispensing machines
- inpatient hospital pharmacy including dispensing and clinical functions
Required Credentials:
- Required Education: BS Pharmacy, or PharmD
Unit/Facility Details:
- Parking: Side of building/non-visitor spots
Special Requests:
- This person will function independently as the pharmacy with potential remote support.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekends on request.
- On-call after hours; return to pharmacy for emergencies
- Call Requirements: Yes, unless another pharmacist is delegated.
