Required Credentials: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Unit Details: Skilled nursing/LTC setting. Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols. Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records. Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety. Minimum productivity standard: 90% for OTs.
Shift & Scheduling: 8:00AM-5:00PM or 9:00AM-6:00PM with occasional weekends. Overtime starts after 40 Hours. Call-off policy: none.
