Cannot currently be employed anywhere else on a per-diem basis.

Floating Requirements:
Contracted hours are not assured for agency staff; if operational need is not present, they may be downstaffed, reassigned to an open shift later in the week, or floated to another unit or care site within Mount Carmel Health System to maintain those hours.
