Travel Nurse (RN) - Step Down Unit

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: cumulative experience applies for previous travelers.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: We need the candidates to be able to handle a 6 patient (med-surg) or a 3 patient (stepdown). RNs will have orders written to titrate drips.

Shift & Schedule requirements: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Expect to work about half of all WVUH recognized holidays. No call or standby requirement.

Floating requirements: First to float or be pulled to other floor/stepdown units.
