Required Skills/Experience:
Previous Charge Experience: Required
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Level II trauma experience is preferred.
Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Community hospital experience is preferred.
Special Requests:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Unit care includes chemotherapy, blood transfusions, continuous IV pain medications, PCAs, central line management, and IVIG.
The unit primarily cares for oncology diagnoses, including many patients at the end of life transitioning to comfort measures only; medical diagnoses are also treated.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements:
Will float as needed.
