Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of operating room experience, with at least 1-2 years in cardiac surgery.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Demonstrated expertise in congenital cardiac surgery is highly preferred.
Required Credentials: Completion of an accredited RNFA program.
Preferred Credentials: CNOR certification (preferred).
