Travel Nurse (LVN / LPN) - Rehabilitation Unit

Required Skills/Experience:

• Floor nursing.
• 2 years of clinical experience in any clinical setting or 1-year of acute care experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Rehab nursing preferred.

Special Requests:

• If you are working per diem at a Kindred facility, you need to wait 6 months after your last shift to apply as a traveler.
• If you are a full-time employee with a Kindred facility, you need to wait 12 months to apply as a traveler.

Unit Details:

• Adult inpatient rehabilitation patients recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries.
• Uses workstations on wheels and patient lifts.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend hours variable.
• No call.
