Travel Nurse (LVN / LPN) - Home Health

Required Skills/Experience:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Must have recent home health experience from 2024-25.

Unit Details:
Coverage area includes Lower Brazoria County.
LVNs are required to get 32 points per week; routine visits are 0.9.

Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday schedule.

Floating Requirements:
May be asked to help in other territories within the facility's service area as needed.
