Preferred Skills/Experience:
Charge experience preferred.
Required Credentials:
Required certifications and licensure cannot expire within 30 days of the potential start date to apply.
Special Requests:
First-time travelers may be submitted through the end of January.
Assignments of up to 20 weeks may be available.
All requested time off must be included in the submission packet at the time of submission.
Block scheduling is not available, but weekend-only requests may be considered.
RTO is limited.
Any employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained.
Unit Details:
Training is provided for charge responsibilities.
Patient population includes med-surg, telemetry, cardiac IMCU-acuity-level, neuro, and CVA patients.
Travelers will frequently work with students and new hires.
Travelers are expected to contribute to a culture of support, particularly when interacting with students and new hires.
Shift & Scheduling:
Traveler must work at least one major holiday (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and/or New Year's Day).
Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
The unit tries to schedule 2/3 weekends per month, but this may vary based on unit needs.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
