You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Patient ratio is 1:20; 1 RN per hall and 1 med tech per hall; CNA staffing is 1:8-10 on days and 1:20 on nights.
Bedside shift reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for all RN units.
The unit's work includes admissions, discharges, transfers to the hospital for acute care, clerical tasks, and calling providers.
Night shift RN will assume charge duties and could be the only RN in the facility.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend rotation and some holidays.
