Required Credentials:
Graduate of an accredited LVN program.
Unit Details:
Provides direct care to residents and supervises the care given by CNAs and supportive staff members.
Participates in resident and family teaching.
Performs waived testing (point-of-care testing), interprets the results, and takes appropriate action.
Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend shifts are required.
