Travel Nurse (RN) - Mother/Baby

Special Requests:
An interview may not be available prior to offer.
At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend coverage is required every other weekend.
No call.
Holiday coverage includes one major and one minor holiday.

Floating Requirements:
First to float.
Will float to NICU to care for feeders and growers and to Pediatrics. Pediatrics has 12 beds with low-acuity patients, usually RSV and pneumonia.

Unit Details:
The unit provides couplet care at a 1:4 ratio.
The unit uses the Fetal Link fetal monitoring system.
Nihon Kohden telemetry monitors are used.
The unit does not use ventilators.
An OB attending is in-house 24 hours.
No IV team is available.
Respiratory therapy and pharmacy are available 24/7.
Patient population includes pregnancies at 20 weeks and above and high-risk cases involving blood pressure concerns, multiples, diabetes, lack of prenatal care, and substance abuse; no gynecologic surgeries are performed on the postpartum unit.
