Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Previous outpatient cancer center experience.
Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension specialty exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. To receive travel rate, the clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.
Unit Details: Uses Epic Beacon.
Shift & Scheduling: All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week. No call at this time. Every 5th weekend shift required 0800-1200. Holidays rotate with regular staff, 0800-1200 shift.
Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
