Required Skills/Experience:

  • Elderly experience required.

Special Requests:

  • Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location.
  • Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
  • Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
  • Must disclose any prior Marshfield employment.

Unit Details:

  • Nursing home attached to a hospital.
  • Uses ECS.
  • Patient population includes dementia, frail elderly, and rehabilitation residents.
  • Duties include charting, assessments, charge duties, medication administration, IVs, catheter care, ostomy care, and titratable drips.
  • Works with therapy, administration, social workers, activities, dietary, and housekeeping.
  • Typical staffing: 4 nurses and 7 aides on day/evening shifts; 2 nurses and 3-4 aides on nights.

Shift & Scheduling:

  • Every other weekend.
  • Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment.
  • No on-call requirements.
