Required Skills/Experience:
• Labor and delivery experience for labor positions. All need postpartum couplet care experience. Nursery experience in a level 2 nursery or higher acuity for SCN positions.
- • Must have at least 2 + years of experience with:
- -Cervical exams
- -Infant delivery (deliveries will occasionally need the assistance of RNs while on call physician reports)
- -Perform duties that are consistent with the standard of care and in alignment with industry standards with minimal supervision (Not a teaching hospital, no resident physicians)
- -Practicing in a community hospital setting with a regional mission
- -Must have Charge level experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: Fetal Monitoring, stabilization of a neonate, trouble shooting high acuity situations and good triage assessment skills.
Required Credentials: Required Education: ADN or BSN
Shift & Scheduling: Option of 13 or 26 week contract. Weekend Hours: Varies
