Travel Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care

Required Skills/Experience:

• 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Required Credentials:

• Dementia testing will be required prior to start.

Special Requests:

• At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
• Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
• Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
• Skills checklist cannot contain any N/As; all lines must have a numerical rating.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend and holiday.
• No on-call or call back available.
