Required Skills/Experience: Completion of an internship or apprenticeship program.
Required Credentials: Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted. Primary Source Verification of licensure/certification is required for application. BLS accepted from AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military.
Unit Details: Acute care inpatient setting. Position will have a primary team/service area. Works with patients of all ages with physical, cognitive, developmental, or emotional challenges affecting daily activities. Conducts assessments of patients' physical, mental, and developmental abilities; develops, implements, and monitors individualized treatment plans; provides patient and family education on therapeutic activities and home exercises; collaborates with physicians, nurses, and physical therapists; and maintains patient records and progress notes.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday.
