BSN required for international clinicians.
Unit Details:
Adult patient population.
Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as Ballad Health prepares future nurses for the profession.
Clinical nursing student education is expected in addition to and alongside clinical care practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health.
Shift & Scheduling:
Available schedules: 36/36, 36/48, and 48/48.
Every other weekend.
No call.
Floating Requirements:
Floating to other units when needed.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
