Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Inpatient/Acute Care, Case Management
Required Credentials: LSWAIC required. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Permanent candidates from other Providence facilities (non-Swedish) are eligible for a travel contract only if they have been separated for at least 3 months.
Unit Details: Adult patient population. Specialty hospital setting focused on care coordination for neuro and cardiac patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Minimum 2 weekend days per month (typically not scheduled together, i.e. will work 1 Saturday per month and 1 Sunday per month, but not in the same weekend).
Floating Requirements: Travelers may be floated to other Swedish campuses if census is low (Issaquah, First Hill, Ballard).

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
