Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, therapeutic medication monitoring, drug shortage management, and pharmacotherapy management for medical problems.
Special Requests: Must shave for fit testing; CAPRs and PAPRs are not provided, and personal PAPRs/CAPRs are not allowed. Failure to shave for fit testing will result in cancellation.
Unit Details: Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling: Day or evening shift options: 06:30 - 15:00 or 14:30 - 23:00. Every third weekend.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 2+ years preferred Community Hospital Experience
Special Requests: Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing.

Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
