Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Special Requests:
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society or Marshfield Clinic Health System location.
Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Must disclose any previous employment with Sanford Health in the submission. If previously employed by Sanford Health, the employment end date must be at least 6 months before the submission date.
Unit Details:
The clinician circulates cardiovascular cases in the OR.
The clinician circulates rooms independently.
The OR is very busy.
The unit uses Optime.
Shift & Scheduling:
Off-site rotating call is required. The clinician will not be required to work alone when on call; other OR staff will be in-house to support.
Floating Requirements:
The clinician will float to other ORs.
The clinician will assist with cases in other specialties for which they have experience as needed when CV cases are not scheduled.
