Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Special Requests:
- An interview may not be available prior to offer.
- Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
- Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
- Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details:
- Productivity expectation is 6.5 points per day; work includes start-of-care (SOC), resumption-of-care (ROC), recertification, evaluations, and visits.
- Common diagnoses/patient types include CHF, orthopedic cases, and pneumonia.
- A clinical manager or educator is available 24/7 for emergencies and from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM for other needs.
- A phone and tablet will be provided.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Monday-Friday with rotating weekends.
- Holiday rotation is required.
