Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

No previous employment allowed at this facility.
If traveler has preferences, manager is open to working with block scheduling.
Unit Details:
Common diagnoses/patient population include respiratory failure, A-fib with RVR, suicide, detox, some med-surg overflow, and occasional art lines; can take pediatrics; no PCU/intermediate care in building.
RNs titrate propofol, cardizem, insulin, precedex, levo, and other drips.
RNs monitor and read strips for med-surg and ICU house-wide.
House Supervisor; no charge nurse.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend required; night shift weekend is Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Holidays rotate with regular staff.
No call.
Extra shifts may be available.
Floating Requirements:
If census is low, they may float to med-surg as needed; typically do not take a full team of patients.
