Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities. Exceptions include: Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS

Required Skills/Experience:

• Work Setting: General ED - Combined adult/pedi

• Cardia Monitoring and Emergency Response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias

• IV Therapy/Phlebotomy: Blood product administration, Central line care/management, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs

• Medications: Continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, Procedural sedation administration

• Neurological/Psychiatric: CVA

• Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation precautions, triage

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend

Details:

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
