You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Pediatrics preferred. -Teaching Hospital Experience
• Community Hospital Experience

Special Requests:

• Driver's license or state-issued ID and a proof of address document in your name with a matching address must be included with submission; the document must be issued within the last 3 months, and the address must be greater than 75 miles from the facility.
• Accepted proof of address documents: cell phone bill; electric, gas, water, sewer, or Wi-Fi bill; mortgage statement or lease agreement.

Unit Details:

• 2 GE scanners - 64 slice and 16 slice.
• Outpatient, inpatient, and ER.
• CT calcium scores.
• Infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Sun - Tue.
• RTO restrictions: 5 days or less.

Floating Requirements:

• Float within scope to sister facilities to meet facility needs.
