Travel Allied (OT) - Home Health

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2+ years current OT experience required.
• 2+ years current Home Health experience required.
• OASIS experience required.

Required Credentials:

• Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
• Must have own vehicle and clean driving record.
• Proof of auto insurance required.

Special Requests:

• No RTO will be accepted for this assignment.
• Any/all RTO must be included in profile. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Facility will not approve scheduling requests at, after time of offer, or at interview. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer.

Unit Details:

• Typical daily mileage: approx 35-50 miles.

Shift & Scheduling:

• No weekend or holiday coverage.
• No call.
