Travel Allied (Physical Therapist) - Home Health

Required Skills/Experience: Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years.

Required Credentials: Oregon licensure is required, in addition to Washington licensure. Can start with Washington licensure while obtaining Oregon licensure.

Special Requests: Assignment length may vary: 13-26 weeks.

Unit Details: Assigned territory includes Walla Walla County, lower part of Columbia County, and into Umatilla County 60 miles. Works with a geographic team, manager, and interdisciplinary team.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri.
