Additional Information
Clinicians who live within 51-75 miles from the facility will be considered local.
Special Requests:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Local candidates will not be eligible for extensions beyond the initial contract.
You must be able to work at the assigned location throughout the full contractual engagement.
Unit Details:
Adult patient population.
Patient population includes sepsis, DKA/hyperglycemia, CHF exacerbation, NSTEMI, acute GI bleed, ventilator weaning, acute kidney injury, respiratory distress/failure, wounds/burns, acute liver failure, and drug overdose.
Shift & Scheduling:
Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
Every other weekend is required.
At least 50 percent of the holidays that occur during the contract are required.
Must be able to take call.
Rotating shifts and work during inclement weather are required.
Floating Requirements:
Float to the ICU and MS cluster; ICU patient acuity is taken into consideration.
