You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: First-time travelers accepted if experience requirements are met. Computerized documentation.
Unit Details: Adult patient population. Telemetry unit specializing in cardiovascular and thoracic care. Provides inpatient management of patients before and after cardiac catheterization procedures, vascular interventions, open-heart surgery, and thoracic surgery. Common patient populations include those with chest pain, heart failure, arrhythmias, and other cardiovascular and thoracic conditions. Department ratios are 1:3 for the progressive population. More acute care population is 1:4, with a max of 5.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement: per unit needs, minimum of 5 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule. On-call required: 1 day every 6 weeks.
Floating Requirements: Travelers are first to float and may float to sister facilities within the South Region per facility needs.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
