Special Requests: Must arrive the Thursday before start to attend employee health on Friday.
Unit Details: Provides rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and/or intermediate care facility (ICF). Uses Net Health Rehab Optima.
Shift & Scheduling: Must be available to work Hawaii State and Federal holidays as necessary based on facility operations. Generally scheduled five (5) days/week but likely to include one weekend day.
Floating Requirements: Possible floating to other units or facilities based on census and staffing needs.
