Required Credentials: ASN Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted.
Preferred Credentials: BSN
Unit Details: Prepares patients for procedures; completes assessments, reviews health history, starts IVs, and provides patient education; monitors and sedates patients during procedures; cares for patients in both phase 1 and phase 2 recovery; assists the CRNA during cases requiring anesthesia involvement.
Shift & Scheduling: M-F, 9hr shifts with set day off. Occasional weekend shift may be requested if needed.
Floating Requirements: Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.
