Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Special Requests:
- Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
- Previous Sanford Health employees must have an end date at least 6 months before submission.
- Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well.
Unit Details:
- Evaluates and treats a variety of adult acute hospital diagnoses, including general deconditioning, total joint replacement, post-op ortho, some neuro diagnoses, and general medical-surgical patients.
- Will not work alone.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Mon-Fri. No call or weekends.
Floating Requirements:
- Willing to float to outpatient if needed.
- Would prefer willingness to cross-train to SNF for intermittent coverage needs, but it is not required.
