Special Requests: Facility's schedule is listed as 3x12s, but clinicians should expect to work 2x12s one week and 4x12s the next week (and so on.)

Will need to arrive at the Facility the Friday prior to start date.

Shift & Scheduling: With some weekends

Work schedule will be variable based on coverage needs, and may include one weekend day for a 5 day/work week

Holiday Coverage: Yes

No Call

Floating Requirement: Work schedule will be split between the two facilities with 3 days/week at Kona Community Hospital, and 2 days/week at Kohala Hospital (or visa versa)

Traveler will not be expected to cover both facilities in one day
