Additional Information
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have performed moderate sedation job duties for 2+ years and no longer than 3 months ago.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred.
Required Credentials: All RNs (all specialties) must have NIHSS & EHAC within last 12 months. Certs can be obtained during onboarding.
Unit Details: Adolescent, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient population. Direct patient care and moderate sedation needs for patients requiring procedures in the IR suite, CT, or ultrasound. Level 1 Trauma Center, primary stroke center, and teaching hospital with residents and fellowship programs.
Shift & Scheduling: Call required: every 4th - 5th day / 4th - 5th weekend. Weekends: only covering on-call cases; no scheduled shifts.
Floating Requirements: This position covers 2 IR rooms, CT, and ultrasound moderate sedation needs.
