Travel Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Vascular Access Team

An interview may not be given prior to an offer being made. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Vascular access experience at a pediatric hospital.
• Ultrasound PIV placement experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Emergency department experience preferred.
• PICC experience preferred.
• Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
• Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
• Community hospital experience is preferred.

Required Credentials:

• If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply.

Unit Details:

• PICC and ultrasound-guided PIV.
• Neonatal, infant, pediatric, and adolescent patient population with respiratory, sepsis, cardiac, surgical, and trauma diagnoses.

Shift & Scheduling:

• If able, 6 weekend shifts per contract.

Floating Requirements:

• Ability to float to other UCSF facilities.
