Additional Information
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous chemotherapy infusion experience preferred.
Unit Details: Administers intravenous chemotherapy drugs and other IV therapies, with pre- and post-treatment patient care. Assesses patients before IV treatments; accesses ports or peripheral IVs for lab draws and therapies; administers prescribed IV medications and oral pre-treatment medications; monitors and responds to side effects or reactions per protocols. Uses Intellidose (TxM).
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Thursday 7:30-5; Friday 7am-Noon (usually done before that time). Some flexibility with hours based on patient schedules, if possible.
Special Requests: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
