Required Credentials:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
Unit Details:
Provides skilled occupational therapy services, including evaluating and treating patients per physician orders/referrals, developing and updating individualized treatment and discharge plans, documenting services accurately and timely, supervising COTAs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and families to improve independence in daily living skills.
Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday.
No call.

The facility may make one-off exceptions for clinicians previously employed at the facility, but a written request is required to apply.
