Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Home health experience preferred but not required.
Special Requests:
- Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months.
- Taxable address must be outside 50 miles of the facility.
Unit Details:
- Average 4-6 patients per day.
- Most patients need short-term therapy after hospitalization or a nursing home stay.
- Coverage area is within 50 miles of Fort Dodge, IA; must have own vehicle and expect approximately 200-250 miles of travel per week.
- Weekly team meetings occur virtually, with monthly in-person meetings.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Mon-Fri.
- No weekends.
- No call.
- Travelers are required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
