Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Home health experience preferred, but not required.
Special Requests:
- Cannot have been employed by UnityPoint within the last 12 months.
Unit Details:
- Average 4-6 patient visits per day.
- Patient population primarily needs short-term therapy after hospitalization or a nursing home stay.
- Coverage area is within 50 miles of Fort Dodge, IA, averaging 200-250 miles per week.
- Weekly team meetings are virtual; monthly meetings are in person.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Mon-Fri.
- No weekends.
- No call.
- Summer holidays: required to work 1-2 of 3 (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
