Travel Allied (Physical Therapist) - Physical Therapy

Required Skills/Experience: One year of experience as a PT in a home healthcare setting.

Required Credentials: New Hampshire licensure is required, in addition to Vermont licensure, unless holding an unencumbered compact license.

Unit Details: Home health role with average visits of 45 minutes. Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, and treating patients; developing treatment plans; carrying out treatment programs in accordance with agency policies and professional standards of care; documenting evaluations, treatment goals, and objectives; coordinating treatment activities with the interdisciplinary team; and teaching patients and family members the rationale for treatments and procedures. Coverage areas include White River Junction, VT; Lebanon, NH; Bradford, VT; and Windsor, VT.
